How it works
- Paste your guest list. One name per line, or copy a column straight from Excel or Google Sheets. Add a table number after a comma if you are seating guests.
- Pick a template and size. Choose tent cards that fold and stand, or flat cards that lie on the plate, on A4 or US Letter paper.
- Download, print and cut. Print at 100% on card stock, cut along the solid lines and fold on the dashed line.

Questions and answers
Is it really free?
Yes. You can make and download as many place card PDFs as you need. There is no sign-up and no watermark on the downloaded PDF.
What size are wedding name cards?
The standard size is 89 × 51 mm (3.5 × 2 in) when standing. A tent card is printed 89 × 102 mm and folded in half. We also offer a small 76 × 44 mm size that fits more cards per sheet.
How many place cards fit on one sheet?
At the standard size, 4 tent cards or 10 flat cards fit on an A4 or US Letter sheet. At the small size, 6 tent cards or 12 flat cards fit on A4.
What paper should I print place cards on?
Use matte card stock between 200 and 300 gsm (about 70–110 lb cover). Most home inkjet and laser printers handle up to 250 gsm; check your printer’s manual for the maximum.
How do I make sure the cards print at the right size?
Print at 100% or “Actual size” and turn off “Fit to page”. Every sheet has a 50 mm scale bar in the margin. Measure it with a ruler after printing the first sheet.
Can I add table numbers?
Yes. Turn on “Table number” under Optional extras, then write the table after each name, like “Ona Petraitytė, 4”. You can also paste two columns straight from Excel or Google Sheets.
Do you keep our guest list?
No. Names are used only to draw your preview and PDF and are not stored. We only count anonymous totals, such as how many PDFs are downloaded.
Can I print names on both sides of a tent card?
Yes. Turn on “Name on both sides” and the name is also printed upside down on the back half, so it reads correctly from both sides of the table once folded.
